The Music Man- has always been a favorite of mine.Through out the movie, Robert Preston simply shines. Shirley Jones actually caught my interest too.

I think Robert Preston and Shirley Jones worked wonderful in The Music Man. The great supporting cast includes Robert Preston, Shirley Jones, Buddy Hackett, Hermione Gingold, Paul Ford.
