If negative feedback is left the persons rating goes down (it starts at 100%) Feedback comes in handy when buying, the higher the feedback rating the more reliable the seller is likely to be. In the case if sellers it comes in handy as sometimes people bid and then dont pay - you can find out from feedback if this has happened before. It can be annoying when this happens as ebay charges for listing your item on ebay.
Overall though, the website is good, easy to use, fun and fairly addictive, especially if you like hunting for bargains,.!
